Scale Warship would like to apologise for any delays in receiving your goods. Most of the problems being encountered are caused by the Royal Mail Cyber attack and from which, they have not yet recovered.
I am still unable to send any International Mail through my normal Post Office system. I am currently evaluating the benefits of using a courier service such as UPS for my International customers but inevitably this will involve higher shipping fees. Due to the problems caused by Brexit, among other things, any deliveries to the EU are now subject to additional customs duties and handling fees. My business is not VAT registered and therefore may involve further additional costs compared to the situation as it was previously. I am loathe to increase my prices but this may also be inevitable. I can only apologise for these problems but I am sure you will understand that they are completely out of my control.
Rest assured that my policy will always be to refund in the event of non delivery, whatever the cause.
I am also having problems with acquiring stock to sell for the same reasons and some of the lead times can be up to 8 weeks. I try to keep the website up to date with stock availability but this isn't always up to date and if you manage to order anything which is not in stock, please note that I do not take any payment until I have the goods ready to ship. Paypal only allows 4 weeks before the transaction runs out of time and therefore I may have to ask you to reorder later.
